Refund and Returns Policy
Luxury Bliss
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same damaged condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bulk orders.
Exchanges
If approved, exchanges will be processed and the exchange product will be delivered within 2 days from the time/date of approval.
Replacement
If approved, replacements will be processed and the replacement product will be delivered within 2 days from the time/date of approval.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
